Our Jurassic venue! Why do we call it that? The plants in the grounds are just fabulous, big leafy and they look like they are from the jurassic era. In fact I love the grounds at Brooksby, something to do with their agricultural connections I think. The lovely lake behind the roman columns clad in Ivy, the beautiful big foilage and the rockery with a little bridge and the church in the background. And...the lovely herb garden all give you so many backdrops for beautiful photos.

The hall itself is splendid, late 16th century from the Jacobean era, the stunning central Hall giving you a beautiful wedding room to marry in and if you're looking to dine amongst the portraits a dining room too. The staff here are so very supportive and will give you utmost perfection on looking after you all on the day.
The Hall is situated between Melton Mowbray and Leicester and whilst it doesn't have any rooms, there is a church directly opposite and they have lots of connections to surrounding B&B's and rooms. Check out the Star at Thrussington.
